I went outside for a run today and it felt good. Since the ground dried up, and it wasn't windy, I decided to get outside and see how the legs felt on the gravel.
I was definitely tired after back in karate last night, but it felt good. I struggled with my lungs and getting oxygen, but the legs were OK. Nowhere near as tired as they were on pavement a few times last week.
Felt like I accomplished something today.
