iPod 2nd Generation

I was wishing I had one, but not after reading this announcement. Apparently the iTouch 2nd Generation doesn't charge with older accessories. It would be one thing if you had to buy a new wall charger to make this work, but it's quite amazing that all those iHomes, those speaker docks, etc., won't charge it.

Dumb move on Apple's part. It might excite some people, but I predict a whole lot of people that will end up returning iTouches this Christmas to get a regular iPod that works with their alarm clock, speakers, etc.
