Interesting post from Mark Cuban. Execs should have pay frozen and bonuses cancelled if they guessed wrong and hired too many people. If they lay off, no bonus. Not sure how this would work in practice, especially as many board members are CEOs elsewhere.
Maybe that’s the problem.
