Not quite as quiet as I wanted, but still quiet. Hanging out, only needing to get Delaney and then we had plans to decorate the tree. Instead I was driving to get Delaney and he called me, asking if he could stay longer. I had errands to run, so I agreed, going to the Big R for ranch stuff, the grocer, and bank.
When we got home it was later than we wanted, 12-ish and Tia wanted to ride. They’d put up the tree, but not decorated it, so we ended up splitting up. I worked a touch and ran before doing some Rock Band with the kids before we started getting ready for the Christmas party.
I was glad I didn’t have to go out and do horse chores, but I did wander out there to check on Tia before we left and ended up filling water and shoveling some manure.
