Up and Moving

Apparently I like this title. I've used it before :)

I set my alarm, not something I want to do on a Sun, but I wanted to run, so I'm up, run completed, short lifting session done, newsletter moving, now it's time to pack up and get out the door by 9:30.

Both Tia and I sacked out watching Get Smart last night while Kendall stayed awake. Unfortunately she then woke up in the night with a fever :(
