Delaney was struggling with some math last night dealing with the rational root theorem. Tia and I were both digging in, trying to awaken those long dormant skills in our brains. I was starting to remember the roots of polynomials, but Delaney wasn’t feeling good and stressing, so we sent him to bed.
This morning he still wasn’t doing great, but said he didn’t want to miss school. He went, and I suspect he gutted it out so he doesn’t have homework over next week’s vacation.
Apparently I will, however, with the need to brush up on some algebra from Khan Academy to be sure I can help him where it’s needed.
