I grabbed Seth and Chloe as a free book from Amazon before vacation. It’s an interesting story, with these two people part of a crew on the Moon that captures meteors before they can impact the Earth. However the Earth is inhabitable and a few hundred thousand or million live on Mars.
This is a thriller, with Seth and Chloe having some abilities, a coup on Mars and trouble between governments. It’s interesting, and I liked it, but the writing isn’t great, and the formatting is poor. There are times when scenes switch and it’s jarring because the book jumps from one paragraph to the next. That made it hard to read.
The characters are also a little inconsistent, shallow, and not well developed. It’s not bad writing, but it’s definitely missing something. I think the back story isn’t well developed for readers, and the main story seems to jump around a bit.
There are sequels, but I’m not sure I’ll get them. Undecided at this point.
