I went to a Sculpt yoga class yesterday and it was more a combination of minimal yoga, and some aerobics class with weights in our hands. A hard class, one I had to take a break from a few times, but it was good. Haven't felt shaky after a class in a long time.
Then in the afternoon, after a little work, Kendall was ready to run, so we did a 25min walk/run combo, getting her moving. I was definitely ready to relax, but as we got home and I got ready to shower and lay down, she asked to play some volleyball, so we did. About 20-30 minutes of passing outside.
Today I'm sore. I think a walk tonight might be it.
