This is going to be a long day. It's early in London, and I had to be up at 6, for a 7am keynote practice, and then the event, dinner, and train to Heathrow.
My workout, I think, is going to be a walk to the venue from my hotel (about 1.1mi). Either that, or I'll try for a walk after my talks for a bit. Either way, a separate shirt and workout shoes for the commute as the cowboy boots I brought aren't great for distance.
