The end, and I'm glad. The time travel and changes started to get a little weird for me. In Part 4, we find the timelines being altered more and more, as different strategies fail and the AIs go back to different times. They've built a much larger ship to do this. There's most time travel, but there's also a little more explanation of what happens as timelines change.
I didn't love it, but I enjoyed it.
