Not quite the Saturday I had in mind. First it was me up at 5:45 am to start getting ready. Cooked breakfast for Delaney and then we headed off, needing to be at his school by 7 for a drop off. He's off to a Knowledge Bowl competition today. Proud of him making the first team and ready for his first competition.
Then it was back, helping Tia get ready.
The Parker Christmas Parade is this morning and Tia got an entry. So she has a whole bunch of boarders and students coming to participate. Each pair of horses needs a walker, and we've got the crowd of them.
Everyone arrived early, and was getting ready to load things up. Kyle and I along with them, getting the pre-parade prepped.
Tia got shirts made for the parade and also we have loads of candy to give out.
It's a 12 parade, but at 7:30, people were here and getting ready. Lots of time to get ready, and then plenty of waiting for most people.
But not for me. In between all this, I need to get Kendall to volleyball for clinics today. She'll do two and after the parade I'll pick her up.
Then I pick up Delaney.
Then we have a Christmas party tonight.
A crazy day.
