Not a PR, but Delaney had a 25:11 today in the cross country meet. I didn't see it, but looking forward to seeing him run on the 9th. I did have to get up a 4:45 to get him to school for the bus, which was a long day for him. Left at 5:30, back around 3:00.
He felt good and looked good, and more importantly, he ran in the varsity race. That's the second one for him this season. A couple kids haven't made races, which means Delaney's in line for a letter if he runs in 5.
that would be so cool.
