I've done the Tabata class a few times at the gym. It's a tough 35 minutes. A few minutes of jogging and then it's 8 exercises, each done 8 times at 20s on, 10s rest. I asked Delaney if he wanted to come and he joined me. It felt good to go back as I haven't been in a week+ to the gym.
It was tough. Things ended suddenly and I was glad. I was dreading another set of 8. Delaney was beat as well, though not nauseous. He's clearly in better shape than the rest of us. Both Tia and I were done after our first hard, HIT class.
We had a bit of dinner after and then headed home, both ready for bed.
