The Case of the Missing iPod

Tia was supposed to be in Atlanta today. She actually was supposed to fly last night, so last week when she dunked her iPod in the water, I ordered her a new one. I used my Amazon Prime account and it was supposed to arrive on Monday, in time for her trip.

Monday she heard that her trip was cancelled, so we werent' in a hurry, and I forgot about it. Yesterday she was looking for it, but we didn't remember it coming. Today I came downstairs and found an empty Amazon box by the door, assuming that it had arrived and she had it. When I got back from taking Kendall to school, Tia was annoyed. She said it wasn't around. She found the open box, but no iPod. My first thought with the gate closed and the rain that it was left at the gate and stolen. She then said she'd looked at Amazon and it said "delivered to a little boy".

Delaney.

He was asleep last night when she found the box and wasn't up. When he finally got up, I asked him where it was. Apparently he'd opened it and plugged it into the Mac and his iTunes. Crazy.

He was expecting a game, and when it wasn't there, I guess he just decided to experiment.

Case closed, wife happy, all is good.
