Kendall started her training at the gym this morning. We signed her up for 3x/week training for volleyball, which should help her be ready for volleyball. Since she’s not playing high school this fall, it’s good that she has something else.
After the gym, there was a tryout for Rocky Select, but mostly a chance to get touches. We had a meeting with the director last night and he said today was just for anyone that wanted extra touches before tomorrow. He wasn’t making any decisions today.
So, at 8:30, Kendall left. By herself. She got in her car and drove away, not returning until after 4. She hit the gym, then the club, no issues, all by herself.
All while I worked here and hit the gym late myself.
Kind of amazing for me, with no disruption to my day while she was able to do what she wants. I’m excited to see how the rest of the summer goes with Kendall on her own.
